Design Phase contains Main five parts:

1: Gondola.

2. Belt holder.

3. Two stepper holder.

Trial #1 (Unsuccessful):

Warring, It is easy to get any cad file from internet but it is difficult (impossible) to test the assembly of the part with your component so that I design the holder again and save it as part and check the tolerance in the assembly.

Prepare files to print: Using PrusaSlicer and PLA

Testing: It looks wow and the tolerance is enough to make it easy to assembly. one comment only the hole of fixed the belt in the belt holder (Gondola) need to increase the 4mm only to be easy in assembly process.

Trial #1 (successful): Putting some required in My Mind to start

I am very sad about the view of the jumpers and using the breadboard which connect with my component. You should be carefully when you connect each jumper try to use common colors such as ( Black as ground, red as +5V,... etc.).

As result, I will design my PCP and remove all breadboard by providing suitable number of bins. For example, I calculated the number of bins connect to +5V is four ( one for each driver, one for FTDI Ft232rl Driver and another for servo) and number GND pins is 6 pin header ( two in each driver, one for FTDI Ft232rl Driver and another for servo).

FTDI Driver : It is first time to deal with it so that we need data sheet and some deep search until I found the connection with atmega board.

Welding Phase: It is not SMD components so that No warring Inha Allah.

Testing Phase: Testing the pins connection, and voltage test the pin of stepper and servo.

Trial #1 (successful): Some Steps for uploading code ( prepare the setting of Arduino software):

Arduino-Tools (choosing) :

1. A board atmega on bread board 8MHz internal clock

2. Port " COM10"

3. Programmer "AVRisP MKll"

Prepare circuit on breadboard :

1. Connection of A4988(1) with Arduino pins S-7, D-8, E-6.

2. Connection of A4988(2) with Arduino pins S-4, D-5, E-3.

3. Connection of Servo (1) with Arduino pin 9.

Prepare the polarograph software, Please be attention in this part :

1. First of all I used the Processing 1.5.1 (I putting in the next link so go and downloaded). (Please, don't try to download any other modern version- It cost me mush time (two day) to know the problem of non working).

2. Install Processing

3. Run Processing, find where your sketchbook folder is: (File->Preferences, sketchbook location).

4. Install libraries: Unzip the code bundle, and copy the contents of the processing-source/Processing libraries into sketchbook/libraries.

5. Install project: In the code bundle, copy the whole processing-source/polargraphcontroller folder into your sketchbook folder.

6. Restart Processing, and open the controller with File->Sketchbook->polargraphcontroller.

7. Run: When some files have opened up and you can see some code, hit the play button in the toolbar (or use Ctrl-R) and you should see the controller spring into.

• Preparing Polograph software for drawing

1. first, click setup - serial port - choose COM10 (click on the box not on the word) after your chose click on left sentence which contains words (click start).

2. some input needed for width of machine (distance from boulley to another one)

3. Choose your paper size (see the my dimension in the following photo)

4. You can save the your inputs and load config (see the photo red circles). This software is so hard and need many practice so that I provide links for practicing because there are many input you can change which I still tries in each drawing to get high accuracy (resolution).
