The Convocation is a special university event that brings together faculty and staff to celebrate achievements, strengthen collaboration, and reflect on the university’s ongoing development. Through plenary sessions, group discussions, and collaborative activities, the event provides opportunities for participants to exchange ideas, build connections, and contribute to the continued growth and advancement of Sampoerna University.

The Indonesia Independence Day Celebration brought together Sampoerna University staff members to commemorate Indonesia’s Independence Day in a spirit of unity, camaraderie, and national pride. The celebration featured engaging activities that encouraged teamwork, strengthened connections among staff, and created an enjoyable opportunity for the SU community to celebrate this meaningful national occasion together.

Sampoerna University Staff Movie Night is a staff engagement initiative that provides SU staff with an opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy entertainment together outside of their regular work routines. The event creates a welcoming and informal atmosphere where staff members from different departments can interact, strengthen relationships, and build a greater sense of community through a shared movie experience.

The Staff Innovation Award (SIA) recognizes exemplary staff members who demonstrate outstanding dedication, creativity, and innovation in contributing to the continuous improvement and development of Sampoerna University. The award celebrates staff members whose initiatives and contributions create meaningful impact and support the University’s goals and community.
