MISSION STATEMENT
SUSC is established to provide ongoing education, professional development, teambuilding activities, and provide a forum for University community. The Council promotes a professional and collegial environment for all University staff members based on equality and respect. The SUSC serves as an advisory body to the President and other University administrators.
MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT
The Sampoerna University Staff Council (SUSC) is composed of individuals elected by their peers to give staff a voice in University governance. Staff, as much as any member of the SU community, play a critical role in helping us to achieve our mission. SU is committed to creating an inclusive, transparent environment where all of our major constituent groups are represented. Through the SUSC, staff have an opportunity to express their views and opinions directly to the President and have a voice in University Governance. And, equally important, the Head of the SUSC is a permanent, voting member of the University’s primary governing body---the University Executive. SUSC is charged with providing professional development and morale-building activities for the entire SU Community.
Together, we can foster an environment that not only embraces inclusivity but thrives on the diverse contributions of all our members. I encourage each of you to engage actively with the SUSC, share your insights, and take part in our collective journey toward excellence. Thank you for your dedication and the invaluable work you do every day to support our mission and enrich our community.
