"Leadership and Presentation Skills Workshop"
Organized by Sampoerna University Staff Council
Effective communication is an essential skill for faculty and staff within any educational institution. The ability to deliver clear, engaging, and impactful leadarship and presentations directly influences the quality of teaching, administrative functions, and overall organizational success. As educators and support staff engage with diverse audiences—students, colleagues, stakeholders, and the community—they must convey information in ways that are both compelling and understandable.
The training responds to common challenges faced by educators and staff, such as overcoming public speaking anxiety, structuring content effectively, using visual aids optimally, and engaging listeners actively. By improving these skills, faculty and staff can better serve their roles—whether in the classroom, meetings, conferences, or public forums—ultimately fostering a more dynamic and productive learning environment.
The Speakers :
Dr. Marshall E. Schott, President of Sampoerna University, with topic “Leadership”.
Indra Dwi Prasetyo, School of Government and Public Policy, Blue Ocean Strategy Fellowship, with topic “Speak to Serve – High-Impact Presentation Skills”.
