Check out some of the options for digital formative assessment in multiple-choice format.
There are several options for assessing digitally using a multiple-choice format and more are being added daily! You can always use Google Forms to create a quick and easy multiple-choice digital formative assessment. Check out the Google Drive section of EPIC for more information about that! Here are, in my opinion, the top three current options available.

Similar to Kahoot! is a platform called Quizizz. One neat option here is that it shows the questions and answers on the device, so students do not need to see a projection! Here is a 90-second video highlighting the features of Quizizz.
If you are limited on devices, this may be the option for you! All you need is a projection device, an account with plickers, Plickers cards (can be downloaded and printed for free online), and one device for the teacher to use to scan the room. Voila - quick and easy digital formative assessment! Watch this short video for more information (be prepared to be amazed around minute 1:30 in the video)!
