The project that I am submitting is about the time I served people as a waiter and how the experience was very interesting. Our main goal of this final was to make sure our guest felt welcomed into our mini restaurant. We had to take care of them like a high quality restaurant would take care of their customers.

It consists of bolillo, beef, ham, bacon, queso fresco, bell peppers, oinions, and sliced boiled eggs. I chose this project because it was my first time to make bolillo from scratch and was able to learn about a popular dish in Uruguay.

Apple Pie the American favorite. Apple pie is a combination of sliced apples, cinnamon, flour, brown sugar, and nutmeg that are poured into a dough made from scratch and topped with a criss cross crust. I followed the recipe steps, placed the pie in the oven and quickly began to smell the aroma of everything combined. It was a delicious Apple Pie.
