Basically what the class is about is we take a non working engine from a lawnmower and we repair it so we can use it again. This means that we will have to learn the 4 stroke cycle of an engine and learn how name all the parts.

Students had to use the Engineering Design Process to create a dream home for a specific customer. They researched their customer, did various sketches, selected a final design, used a CAD program to do the floor plan, built the house out of foam board, and lastly submitted their final product for judging. Josie’s was the winning design.
