We store and maintain files,  planner, emails and other data pertaining to your usage of our services. In order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures, we also keep backup copies of data. Hence your data may remain with us even after  termination of this agreement.  We may retain and use your Personal Information and data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rights. We assure you that the contents of your user account will not be disclosed to anyone and will not be accessible even to employees of SALES PATHSHALA except in circumstances specifically mentioned in this Privacy Policy Statement and Terms of Services.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

SALES PATHSHALA does not request , use or store any credit card information. Hence financial information does not get stored by us. Further SALES PATHSHALA is associated with RAZOR PAY / STATE BANK OF INDIA for processing your payment towards our services and ZOOM for our online training programs, coaching/consulting sessions and meetings. Please refer to privacy policy of RAZOR PAY / STATEBANK ON INDIA and ZOOM  for details regarding their specific  terms pertaining to usage of their respective services.

Limitation of Liability: Owing to the nature of the proposed services SALES PATHSHALA shall have no liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms of services or the provision of any service under service order by client to SALES PATHSHALA. In no event shall SALES PATHSHALA be liable for any loss of data, loss of business, loss of opportunities or any other special or incidental loss relating to direct or indirect business of client. This limitation will apply even if SALES PATHSHALA has been advised of, or is aware of the possibility of such damage. 

Disclaimer of Warranties: Role of SALES PATHSHALA is limited to that of a facilitator sharing knowledge with the client without any responsibility for the decisions taken by the client  regarding  day to day business operations and their consequencs. Business related decision making and implementation shall entirely be the sole responsibility of the client. Use of the services or any information that may be obtained there-from is at customer's own risk. The services are provided on an "as is" basis, and client's use of the services is at its own risk. SALES PATHSHALA specifically disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, any written material by SALES PATHSHALA or information of SALES PATHSHALA website shall be for information purposes only and, whether delivered or disseminated before or after the date of these terms of services shall not create any express or implied warranty, guarantee of performance or contractual obligations on SALES PATHSHALA.

Governing Law and Forum: All disputes arising out of or related to these terms of service or service order the parties irrevocability consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh in India. 

Refund policy: Fee once paid shall be non refundable and non transferable under any circumstances. In case of no show-up by the client for the scheduled activity / event / session / program , the professional services shall be deemed to have been delivered and no request for rescheduling the same shall be entertained at any time before or after the proposed schedule. 

Indemnification: Client shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless SALES PATHSHALA from and against all liabilities, judgments, claims, damages, settlements, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees, litigation expenses) arising out of or relating to any breach of these terms of service by the client. Client and SALES PATHSHALA will promptly notify each other upon receipt of any third party claim or legal action arising out of or relating to these terms of service.

Your Consent: By using our website / services, you consent to our privacy policy.

Changes to our Privacy Policy: If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.
