What Personal / Business Information Do We Collect?

During the process of registration for our services, we request for your name and contact details . Your name and contact details will be used to inform you regarding new services, releases and upcoming events.

SALES PATHSHALA may have access to third party information provided by you as part of using our services. This information may include third party names, email addresses, phone numbers and physical addresses and will be used for servicing your requirements as expressed by you to SALES PATHSHALA and solely as part and parcel of your use of SALES PATHSHALA Services. We do not share this third party information with anyone nor do we utilize it for any purposes not expressed in this privacy policy statement.

We process your information in two broad categories,  publicly available information and confidential information. Confidential information may include sensitive personal or business details.

Your confidential information is used strictly in accordance with this privacy policy statement. We take reasonable care and precaution to ensure privacy of your confidential information as described in this privacy policy statement. We do not sell or transfer your confidential information to any third party. The staff and third party service providers of SALES PATHSHALA ,responsible for maintaing , updating, protecting and managing our data base, may have limited access wherever it is necessary for the fulfilment their official duty in relation to providing you with our services.  The staff and third party service providers shall adopt appropriate confidentiality & security measures and shall be responsible for strict compliance to this privacy policy statement.  

Publicly Available Information

We may , at our sole discretion, share the CLIENT details available in public domain, such as name and other information with our staff, third party service providers for the purpose of advertising to promote & market our services, and you expressly authorize us for the same. 

Contents Of Your Data

We store and maintain files, emails and other data pertaining to your usage of our services. In order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures, we also keep backup copies of data. Hence your data may remain with us even after  termination of this agreement.  We may retain and use your Information and data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rights. We assure you that your confidential information will not be disclosed to anyone and will not be accessible even to employees of SALES PATHSHALA except in circumstances specifically mentioned in this Privacy Policy Statement and Terms of Services.

Payment Information

SALES PATHSHALA does not request , use or store any credit card information. Hence financial information does not get stored by us. Further SALES PATHSHALA is associated with RAZOR PAY / STATE BANK OF INDIA for processing your payment towards our services as well as ZOOM / GOOGLE MEET for our online training programs, coaching/consulting sessions and meetings. Please refer to the privacy policy of RAZOR PAY / STATEBANK ON INDIA and ZOOM /GOOGLE MEET  for details regarding their specific  terms pertaining to usage of their respective services.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways and as per the applicable provisions of this privacy policy statement:

To personalize your experience: Your information helps us to better respond to your individual and business needs. 

To improve our services: We continually strive to improve our service offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you. 

To improve customer service: Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs. 

To process transactions: Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

In case you opt to receive special promotional offers and updates regarding our services the same shall be shared with you. You may at any time choose to unsubscribe from all promotional mails.

 We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access to your Information. Access to your name and contact details is restricted to our staff who need to know such information in connection with providing SALES PATHSHALA Services to you and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?: 

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, advertising, marketing and promotion or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Third Party Products or Services: The providers of third party products or services have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility for their policies and activities. The client must carefully review the privacy policy of the provider ,of third party products or services, for their suitability to the client.

We value your privacy and we are committed to take the necessary precautions in this regard. We therefore will share your personal information strictly in accordance to this privacy statement.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund: In case the client cancels the event /program/ activity before giving the confirmation of the final schedule, the client shall be entitled for complete refund. However the client is not allowed to cancel the scheduled program or event after providing the written confirmation of the  final schedule. All payments shall be non refundable and non transferable under any circumstances, after the written confirmation of the client confirming the final schedule of the program / activity / event.

In case the client wishes to cancel the event / program / activity before the confirmation of the final schedule , the client must share a written request for cancellation and refund through their official email id ,giving details of the Invoice number, details of the payment made and payee account details at sanjayvsharma@salespathshala.com. All refund requests shall be processed within two to three weeks after receiving the cancellation and refund request on email.

Terms of Service

Scheduling Program / Event : Advance payment is mandatory for initiating the planning and scheduling of any program or activity. The proposed program / event schedule shall be communicated to the client. The program / event schedule shall be finalized strictly after receiving written confirmation of the same from the client. 

Rescheduling & No-show: The client is not allowed to reschedule the activity / program after providing a written confirmation of the final schedule. No request for rescheduling the same shall be entertained at any time before or after the proposed event. In case of no show-up by the client for the scheduled activity / event / session / program , the professional services shall be deemed to have been delivered.

No Liability: Owing to the nature of the offered services SALES PATHSHALA shall have no liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms of services or the provision of any service under service order by client to SALES PATHSHALA.  SALES PATHSHALA shall be facilitating development of the client and the client's team on the best management practices in the domain of sales.  The consultant shall be sharing knowledge and experience with the client through in-depth discussions, brainstorming, consulting, training, coaching, mentoring and handholding support. In no case the knowledge and experience shared by the consultant be construed as advisory for choosing a particular course of action. The consultant shall not be involved with decisions of the client regarding day to day business operations. The client agrees to carry out necessary due diligence on its own to understand the nature of risks involved in their day to day decisions regarding business strategy, planning and implementation. The client understands and agrees to be solely responsible for the risks and consequences of making and implementing all business decisions pertaining to client's business.

In no event shall SALES PATHSHALA be liable for any loss of data, loss of business, loss of opportunities or any other special or incidental loss relating to direct or indirect business of client. This limitation will apply even if SALES PATHSHALA has been advised of, or is aware of the possibility of such damage. 

Disclaimer of Warranties: Role of SALES PATHSHALA is limited to that of a facilitator sharing knowledge with the client without any responsibility for the decisions taken by the client regarding day to day business operations and the consequences of these decisions on the client's business. SALES PATHSHALA shall not be involved with the day to day operations and decisions of the client's business. Business related decision making and implementation shall entirely be the sole responsibility of the client. 

Third party services: Occasionally, we may be called upon by the client for sharing our opinion, regarding the efficacy of third party products or services. We do not recommend, promote or sell third party products or services. The client must carry out all necessary due diligence on its own before taking the final decision regarding any third party products or services. The client shall be solely responsible for such decisions. 

Termination: In case the either side is not satisfied with the conduct of the other side that may be resulting in failure to perform its obligations by the breaching side, as defined in this MOU, the non-breaching side shall provide written notice detailing the breach. The breaching Party shall have thirty 30 (thirty) days from receipt of such notice to cure the breach. If the breach is not cured within this period, the non-breaching side may, at its option, terminate this relationship.

Your Consent: By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions comprising Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions: SALES PATHSHALA may modify these terms & conditions comprising Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Terms of Service by updating this page from time to time. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes, continued use of our services shall be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms & conditions.
