About Me:

Hello! My name is Ms. Wilson, and I teach 7th Grade Social Studies at Lincoln Middle School. I also serve as the Social Studies UIL sponsor, and I am excited to begin my third year teaching at the BEST MIDDLE SCHOOL EVER!

I grew up in San Antonio before making San Angelo my home. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Studies Composite from Angelo State University, with a minor in Professional Education. During my time at ASU, I focused my studies on United States, Latin American, and Texas history, and I love sharing with my students every day.

When I'm not at school, I enjoy exploring Texas, watching movies, cooking, building Lego sets, reading, fishing, and spending time with my fiancé, "Abraham Lincoln", and our dogs, Buck and Mae.

I am looking forward to a fantastic school year and can't wait to get to know my students and their families. Together, we're going to have a fun and successful year learning about the people, places, and events that shaped Texas and our nation!
