Implementation Cycle

The advisory council is made up of administrators, school counselors, teachers, parents, community members, and students. The advisory council meets three times a year to review data, discuss campus needs based on data, plan for programs to address needs as well as evaluate programs that were implemented.  During the first meeting of the year the advisory council reviewed campus needs assessments.  As we reviewed data, we narrowed down areas of growth that we would target during the 2021-2022 school year and set goals.  After setting the goals, we discussed ways to implement activities on campus to address the goals.  At the second meeting in September we presented the goals and plans for implementation.  Activities to address campus needs and goals were implemented throughout the school year and then evaluated at the end of the year.
