FORMER FAMILIES with a child enrolled prior to 2023/2024 but did not attend last year
Email Joanne Gill asking to have your password reset if you are returning after a year or more away and you don't recall your sign-in details. Then reset your password for ParishSOFT My Own Church using the Password Reset email sent per your request (from St Raphael Parish <support@parishsoft.com>). Since this email originates from a software program, please check Junk/Spam if not received.
1. Login and Update your ParishSOFT account (This is best accomplished on a computer rather than a smartphone)
In Family Detail of the My Family section, update the Email Address, Primary Phone (no dashes or parenthesis, please), Emergency Phone and Emer. Ph. Desc (name of emergency contact other than parents), Home Address. TIP: Click the blue Edit Details button to initiate changes and click Save or Save & Close along the way!
Update and/or Add Member Details for all your family members on the Member Details tab in the same area. Update blank fields in the top portion and also the blank fields in the General tab below the gray line for each child member. (DO NOT give Soc Sec # in General tab). For each adult member update blank fields in the top portion and in the Contact tab below the gray line. 2. Enroll and Submit Payment by clicking Religious Education - PSR link and following the prompts. Payment can be made online during registration (look for the Pay Now button at the end of registration form), from here, or by check delivered to the Parish Office. Show Me: Click for helpful images
3. Complete Health/Medical and Media/Virtual Releases by completing this online form
4. Volunteer Obligation - click here to choose your date(s)
