Programming Check List

1. Assess Resident Needs

   1. Ask during floor meetings, one one-on-one conversations, send out a survey, etc.

2. Fill Out Your Proposal Form on time (see below for due dates)

3. Make Sure to Create a Poster!

   1. Use Canva! 

   2. Login Information:

4. Planning for Program → Ask yourself:

   1. Location? Time? Date?

   2. Supplies Needed (check the resource room) 

   3. Budget? 

5. Market your Program! 

   1. Print it or send it to your residents! Get creative, do quarter sheets, handouts, expo marker on mirrors in the bathroom 

6. Run your program

7. Evaluation must be done within 48 hours of the program
