The Saint Matthew Parish Junior Respect Life Club fosters respect for all - the unborn, disabled, elderly, peers, parents, teachers - through various activities. Students in all grades may join. Student ideas and participation will promote respect in many ways. Mrs. Rocks will be working with the children. We meet on Thursdays, after school. I will send home information prior to any event that will take place after school or on the weekends.
Parents: Please fill in the new member paper so that I will have a way to stay in touch with you. You can also join my remind page where I can send you important information. Our Baby Shower was a huge success. Items will go to our Parish Outreach Program, as well as Blessed Margaret Home and Mom's House. Thanks to all.
Much fun was had by all dethorning roses for all Mother's Day Masses. We used the rectory garden as our workshop. Thank you to Father Welsh for all his support and especially the donuts!
Thank you to all who participated in our Everyone Is Sweet Bake Sale. We raised more than $600 for the children at CHOP.
Congratulations to all who participated in the Autism Mile!!!
And Love will hold us together....
Make us a shelter to weather the storm....
And I'll be my brother's keeper and the whole world will know we are not alone.

So proud of the Junior Respect Life Club. We had more than 30 people attend our school March for Life at Lunchtime on Friday, January 19. It was my priviledge to attend the March for Life in Washington, DC with two of our eighth grade members, Alex Corso and Chantelle Faria. So grateful for these young leaders.
Thank you to all who went caroling to Immaculate Mary Home. Special thanks to SMS Choir, Mrs. Smith, and Mrs. Guerin.
