Get to Know Me!

My name is Mary Sutherland, and I am a senior at Saint Mary's College studying English Literature, French, and Political Science. My time at Saint Mary's has deepened my love for the academic life and, due to this, I plan on continuing my education at the doctoral level after I graduate. On this site, you will learn more about me and the things that I have done in my DPH class!

My time spent at Saint Mary's has truly provided me with a community that is unlike any other. The sisterhood and support that is provided cannot be replaced anywhere else. The connection to Notre Dame and to Holy Cross is so unique and is something that can not be replicated. In the future, I hope to obtain my Master's of Education to teach English at a primary level or become a journalist, covering topics that are near and dear to my hear.
