Mr. Campbell
Dr Bailey moved to the US from England in January 2023 to be closer to family. Dr Bailey and his wife, Julia, have a two year old son, Henry. Henry - an adorable little rascal - has deepened Dr Bailey's interest in working with Elementary and Middle School children.
At Resource, we recognize that learning is hard; that every student learns differently; and that tailored tutoring is a powerful tool for helping students in need. No matter what challenge a student faces, Resource is here to make sure they meet their full potential.
While Resource will continue to help students manage their workload, this year we want to champion the achievements which are sometimes missed in the traditional classroom environment. In short, we want to make sure students feel good about themselves and their education. By doing so, we will give students the confidence they will need to make the most of everything life offers.
Because a student’s needs may change throughout the school year, Resource will also maintain an open dialogue with parents. Resource will monitor concerns, implement adjustments, and celebrate areas where students have progressed.
Resource looks forward to getting to know parents and students better as the school year begins.
Grading for Resource is based on three criteria:
At the beginning of each class, students declare a goal. If they meet their goal before the period ends, they are awarded 5 points.
Student planners are also checked every Thursday. If students have been using their planner effectively, they are awarded 10 points.
Weekly participation.
