Are You Eligible?
We’re looking for motivated Arizona students who will be the first in their families to earn a four-year college degree. See if you qualify:
You must:
Be an Arizona resident
Be a current graduating high school senior (public, private, charter, or home school)
Be a first-generation college student (neither parent, stepparent, or legal guardian holds a four-year degree from any country)
Have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (weighted or unweighted)
Have a minimum test score of 1110 SAT, 22 ACT, or 72 CLT
Demonstrate financial need
Plan to attend ASU Tempe, NAU Flagstaff, or UA Tucson
Agree to live in on-campus housing during your first two years
Amount: $12,000 per year

Future Success Scholarship
Pima JTED Foundation awards scholarships of up to $5,000 to eligible graduating seniors who have completed a CTE/JTED program and will continue their education at a post-secondary institution. (Multiply scholarships)
Criteria to Apply:
Student must be a graduating senior
Student must be a concentrator in a Pima JTED (Central or Satellite Campus) Program
Student must have a minimum 3.0 GPA in their CTE Program of Concentration
Student must enroll in post-secondary education institution upon graduation
Student must have participated in the CTE Program CTSO or in a Community Organization
Student must upload high school transcript

STEM Scholarship – (15) $1,500 scholarships will be awarded.
Award criteria is based on:
High school senior with a 3.0 or above GPA
Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in the STEM field
Demonstrated financial need will be considered
Planned full-time attendance at an accredited U.S. two- or four-year college or university – Applicant must be located in CA, AZ, NV, OR, or WA
Planned degree enrollment in one of the following majors:
Computer Science
Engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial, environmental, power and/or energy)
Geology
Mathematics
Physics
(1) letter of recommendation from a teacher and (1) letter from a school counselor

Trade School – (10) $1,000 scholarships will be awarded.

High school senior with a 2.0 or above GPA or 1st Year Apprentice
Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career by attending a trade school
Demonstrated financial need will be considered
Planned enrollment in a trade school in the following fields:
Automotive
Carpenters
Commercial/Specialized Driver’s License
Electrical
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
Welding
Plumbers/Pipefitters

Welcome to the Writers of the Future
L. Ron Hubbard's Writers of the Future Contest is an opportunity for new writers of science fiction and fantasy to have their work judged by some of the masters in the field and discovered by a wide audience. No entry fee is required and entrants retain all publication rights. Entries in this contest are adjudicated only by professional writers.
Prizes of $1,000, $750, and $500 cash are awarded every 3 months! The writer of the grand prize-winning story receives the L. Ron Hubbard Golden Pen Award and an additional $5,000 cash prize!
Applicants may submit their original work (up to 17,000 words in length) of all types of science fiction, fantasy, and dark fantasy. Poetry will not be considered in this contest. Horatio Alger Career and Technical Scholarship
This Association reaches out directly to our nation's young people with a message of hope, opportunity, responsibility, and perseverance. This scholarship program provides financial assistance to students nationwide who have significant financial needs and have exhibited integrity and perseverance in overcoming personal adversity. The scholarships are given to deserving 500 students each year for the amount of $2,500 each.
