Helpful info:
1. Recommendation letters can be used for: summer programs, colleges, scholarships, etc.
2. People who can write recommendation letters: teacher, administrator, counselor, coach, religious affiliation member, employer, etc.
2. Fill out the Request Form to the best of your ability:

3. Please ASK your recommender for a letter of recommendation
4. If your recommender agrees to write you a letter, please allow him or her at least 2 weeks.
5. Specify WHEN and WHY you need it. The letter can then be personalized for what you want to be emphasized for what the college/program/scholarship is asking.
