Wool House

Wool House is located on the Troy campus. There is no application required. This house previously housed graduate students only, but we will not be offering Graduate Housing on the Troy campus to any new students and will phase out on-campus graduate housing after the Spring 2026 semester. Graduate students currently residing in Wool House will be permitted to stay in their current room assignments until they graduate. However, as rooms become vacant, they will be offered to rising seniors instead of incoming graduate students.

Layout: Brownstone house comprised of double and single rooms with shared bathrooms on each floor
