Layout: Brownstone house comprised of double, single, and triple rooms with shared bathrooms on each floor
Available To: Female identifying sophomores, juniors, and seniors
Please note that the cost to live in Esteves House is different than the cost to live in other buildings on the Troy campus:
Esteves House Double/Triple: $3,376 per semester for returning students
$3,626 per semester for new students
Esteves House Single: $3,728 per semester for returning students,
$3,978 per semester for new students
