Sage Hall

Sage Hall is located on the Troy campus. This building has been undergoing renovations and will reopen for the Fall 2026 semester! One floor will be reserved for honors housing. Apply for Honors Housing here by April 8.

Residence Life Staff: 2 Resident Assistants

Layout: Corridor-style comprised of double and single rooms with three single user bathrooms on each floor.

Available To: Sophomores, juniors, and seniors

Cost:

• Sage Hall Double/Triple: $3,376 per semester for returning students

  • $3,626 per semester for new students

• Sage Hall Single: $3,728 per semester for returning students, 

  • $3,978 per semester for new students
