Meet our NaviGators

Message from the Student Success Team

Welcome!  We are thrilled that you have joined the Russell Sage College community.  Here at Russell Sage, community is not a term or responsibility we take lightly – it makes us different and makes the RSC experience like no other.

When we ask our students what they like best about Sage, a common theme emerges. They speak of a close-knit community where students feel cared about and supported. That level of connection only comes from people who are genuinely invested in the success and happiness of others.

Russell Sage College  is defined by the expectation that we all treat one another with respect and understanding, knowing that this provides an opportunity to learn and grow as a community. In fact, the guiding principles of Student Centered Service at Sage are Respect, Clarity and Empowerment. As members of the Student Success Team, that is our pledge to you. When mutual respect is shared, clear information is delivered and a supportive environment is created, you can achieve amazing things.  At Sage, students are connected with a student success coach, along with a team of offices and support services; there is always someone who has your back.

We can’t wait to see the things you will do at Sage!

The Student Success Team

Meet our NaviGators!

The beginning of your Russell Sage experience will be guided by student NaviGators, who are returning students committed to helping new students make a smooth transition into life at Sage.

Your NaviGators work at our summer Ready and fall Set orientation and welcome week.  NaviGators will offer guidance and support in many capacities through the fall semester.  All of our student leaders will be available to answer your questions, hear your concerns, and share your excitement about Russell Sage College.
