Brag Sheets

Please fill out the following forms, as they apply to you:

• Fill out the Senior Brag Sheet 2026-2027 if you are applying to any schools that require a letter of recommendation. Most 4-year colleges require at least one letter. If you have a teacher asking for your answers to this please take a screenshot of the page and send it to them. You can also fill this form out to print and give to your teachers. 

• Fill out the Non-Common App Form  if you are applying to any schools that are not listed on the Common App, complete the Non-Common App Form.  Most community colleges are not included on the Common App.

• Have your parents fill out the Parent/Guardian Brag Sheet 2026-2027 if you are applying to any schools that require a recommendation letter.
