After some serious discussion with our group, we came up to a completed Get-Keep-Grow tool. It helps to define the way to attract customers, and not only to keep those customers but also to grow customers.
After researching and some serious discussions, we came up with a better Business Model Canvas which leads to numerous opportunities for growth for the company.
