STEP 3  Report Findings

Once testing is complete and the identification committee has met to review test scores and made a decision, parents will receive an email, and a letter will be sent home with each student reporting the results of each test and the overall decision made by the committee.  For Kindergarten students, this email and letter will be sent home before March of that school year.  For 1st-4th grade students, this letter will be sent home before the end of the school year.

Parents with questions or concerns will have the opportunity to confer with the GT teacher/test administrator within 10 days of receipt of the email, either in person, on the phone, or through email.
