VII. Group Reflections

1. What are the local or global issues that your project is trying to address?

Our project is trying to address 3 of the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which are clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, as well as sustainable cities and communities. We hope that this will make Singapore adapt and improve on this water distribution method to become a more sustainable country.

2. How have your team made progress in personal effectiveness during the course of this project?

After failed attempts of the experiment, we have a better understanding of why we failed the experiment and know where to prevent the same mistake from happening again and increase the efficiency of setting up the whole experiment.

3. How have your team made progress in inter-personal effectiveness during the course of this project?

Our communication has increased in its effectiveness. Through the experiment, setting up and collecting data, we get to better understand the other party and their needs, including what they are trying to explain to us, making teamwork easier for us.
