The primary focus is on addressing the critical needs of these vulnerable animals, including providing nutritious food, essential medical care, and safe shelter. Reason 1:
The pet industry economy has been booming in recent years. More people regard pets as family members and look for spaces where they can get along comfortably with their pets. It is a social shift called “pet humanization.” This idea has created a huge demand for pet-friendly commercial spaces, such as pet cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Besides, people hope that charitable funding will be given to help stray animals for sustainable development and living in a quality environment.
Reason 2:
In the post-epidemic era, HiPaw Lab catered to people’s demand for large outdoor human-pet spaces. During COVID-19, many pet owners were forced to reduce outdoor activities due to strict lockdown policies. The space for people and pets to get along was also greatly compressed to only their houses. This phenomenon has led to an increasing desire among many pet owners for more outside spaces where they can have enjoyable interactions with pets. After COVID-19, HiPaw Lab provided pet catering, entertainment and custody services with its one-stop pet-friendly space. This satisfied the inner desires of pet owners.
Target Market 1:
Urban residents who own pets, especially the younger generation, pursue a pet-friendly lifestyle. They hope to enjoy shopping, socializing and entertainment experiences with family and friends together with their pets. HiPaw Lab provides such an offline space where pet owners can bring their pets to enjoy the interaction, including some pet-friendly coffee shops and workshops.
Target Market 2:
Consumers who are interested in pet culture or want to adopt a pet but do not yet own a pet. They may participate in the educational workshops of the HiPaw Lab to learn more about pet-raising knowledge and explore a lifestyle of harmonious coexistence between humans and pets. In addition, they may also buy pet-related products as gifts or prepare for raising pets in the future.
