Activity Levels Through Transportation on Well-Being

I wanted to see if the connection between mental and physical well-being was impacted by people's daily activities. By implementing more physical activity in ones day to day activities without changing their daily schedules too much could encourage an increased level of physical activity, therefor improving their physical health, and in relation, mental health. Through the comparision of how people utilize transportation modes in two very different cities, I plan to analyze the data I gather on how active people find themselves based on how they chose to get around. Through further analyzes of people's mental health in each city, I will see if there is any correlation to mentally healthier people and their form(s) of transportation.
