Sarah Erdman is a violist and Lakewood, Ohio native. 

Mrs. Erdman teaches orchestra in grades six through eight at Brunswick Middle School. Currently, Mrs. Erdman is in her 9th year of teaching, her 6th year in Brunswick City Schools. Mrs. Erdman is also the Middle School Music Department Chair for Brunswick City School.

Mrs. Erdman is the former orchestra director for Ashland City Schools and Washington Local Schools in Toledo, Ohio. She also taught an adult beginning strings class through the Toledo Symphony School of Music and was an Orchestra Director for the Baldwin Wallace Community Music School's Youth Orchestras.

Mrs. Erdman earned her Bachelors in Music with a string specialization from Bowling Green State University. During her time at BGSU, she studied viola under Professor Mathew Daline and Ms. Kalindi Bellach. Mrs. Erdman has performed in various orchestras, most notably she was a member of The Lakewood Project, the nations first high school rock orchestra, where she performed on acoustic and electric viola.


Mrs. Erdman loves teaching and working with the students of Brunswick City Schools! In her spare time, Mrs. Erdman loves spending time with her husband and their golden retriever, Oden!
