Dear Orchestra Parents,                                                                                         

Every successful school music program is supported by hard-working parents. OPUS is an organization made up of Brunswick parents who fundraise and help support their orchestra program by donating their time. OPUS needs you! It is important for parents to attend meetings to help brainstorm ideas, be aware of ongoing efforts to support the program and help organize/volunteer for fundraisers. 

Purpose of Fundraising:

*   Supply teachers with funds to purchase needed supplies and music for the orchestra

*   Make it possible to take orchestras on trips this year and in the future

*   College scholarships for high school seniors

*   BW String Camp scholarships for orchestra students

*   Purchase more instruments to lend to families in need

*   Fund exciting musical opportunities for orchestra students

Volunteers are needed!

We hope that you will join us this year!  Please come to our meetings to learn more. Feel free to contact us with any questions or suggestions!

OPUS Meeting Dates: All OPUS meetings are held on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated)  in the Blue Devil Room at Brunswick High School (Use West Entrance Doors, first room to the right).
