Kid Writing

"Kid Writing" moves through stages.  All the students have been introduced to the first stage where they use lines to represent words, their writing moves from left to right, and they add a period.  I do "adult printing" under their writing to show them the similarities and to validate how important their kid writing thoughts are.

As students learn letter sounds and printing skills they are encouraged to write down the sounds they hear.
