All US, CANADA, UK Content Freelancers must be onboarded with MBO Partners, RVOH's Contractor Partner, to engage with and complete work for RVO Health.

MBO Onboarding Process
Once it has been determined that you will begin to complete work for RVO Health, your RVO Health Point of Contact will reach out to MBO and have them begin the MBO Onboarding Process. An MBO onboarding specialist will contact you directly and guide you through the onboarding process. If you have any questions your MBO onboarding specialist can't answer, don't hesitate to contact rvohealth@mbopartners.com.
MBO Invoicing Process
Once it has been fully onboarded into MBO, you start receiving assignments from your RVOH Health Point of Contact. Someone from MBO will reach out and provide details on accessing the MBO Portal, Job Diva, to invoice for your work and how to invoice for your work. If you have any questions about invoicing, payment, and MBO Portal access, please don't hesitate to contact clientcare@mbopartners.com.

MBO Payment Timeline
Vendor Services and Business Services (Independent Contractors) expect to receive your payments 6 weeks after a given work week. Here’s a summary of the payment process: MBO invoices RVOH each Tuesday for your approved submissions from the previous week’s work. MBO then pays you in the next weekly payroll cycle following RVOH’s Net 30 payment terms. See the RVOH Payment Calendar for more.
Payroll Services (PAYE for UK, T4 for Canada) MBO pays you each Friday, two weeks after a given work week (or sooner if required by state law).
