Sherye Price, President 2026
Sherye is Executive Director of the Franklin County Economic Development Authority in rural Alabama. Sherye served the first ten years of her career in economic development as assistant director, moving to executive director in 2016. Previously, Sherye served as Benefits Representative in the Human Resource Department of a long-term health care facility. As economic development director, Sherye works with local manufacturers to assist with expansion and incentive needs, as well as, working to recruit new industry to Franklin County, Alabama. She brings plenty of wisdom to the organization, drawing from her background and experience in economic development. In her spare time, Sherye enjoys hiking, kayaking, and nature photography.
Joshlyn Bowen, Vice President 2026
Joshlyn is a proud Phil Campbell High School alumna, has built the majority of her professional career in sales and marketing before transitioning into public service. In May 2022, she accepted the role of Director of the Russellville Public Library, where her passion for community, literacy, and growth continues to drive her leadership.
Since taking on this position, Joshlyn has overseen significant progress within the library system. Under her leadership, the library’s annual budget has grown substantially, staff wages have increased, and plans for a new state-of-the-art library facility are now underway. Her commitment to strengthening resources and expanding opportunities has positioned the Russellville Public Library as a cornerstone for education, innovation, and community connection.
Outside of her professional role, Joshlyn is deeply family-oriented. She is married to Cody Bowen, and together they share four children and two grandchildren.
Jeremy Landers - Secretary 2025-2026
Jeremy Landers is a lifelong resident of Russellville and Franklin County and a graduate of Russellville City Schools. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of North Alabama in 2005 and brings more than two decades of experience with a major national retailer.
In March 2023, he redirected his technical expertise and creative passion toward launching his photography business. He specializes in portrait photography, capturing individuals as well as documenting local community events.
Jeremy is committed to supporting small businesses, revitalizing downtown Russellville, and preserving the city’s historic business district. He brings both professional experience and a strong local perspective to the mission of Russellville Main Street.
Tanner James, Treasure 2026
Maleia Gist Alexander
Maleia is a Russellville Native and the promotion committee chair. She has a B.A. in Sport Administration from Belmont University, and is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Upon her return from college, Maleia's ideas for her community abounded, prompting her to join the Russellville Main Street Board. She is the founder/owner of Ethos Athletic Club, a boutique fitness studio in the heart of Downtown Russellville. Maleia is an adrenaline junkie and lives by the quote “anything that gets your blood racing is probably worth doing.”
Erica Childers
Heath Daily
Heath was born and raised in Russellville, AL. He is a 1995 graduate of Russellville High School and a 2000 graduate of the University of North Alabama, where he earned a degree in Marketing with a minor in Religion. Heath has been employed with Russellville Hospital for the past 16 years as the Marketing Coordinator and has also served as the Foundation Director for the past three years.
In his role, Heath manages all social media content for Russellville Hospital and oversees special events, including the Foundation Golf Tournament, Russellville Hospital's Trunk or Treat, Christmas at City Lake, and the recent Maudie and Roger Bedford 5K and One-Mile Walk to Wellness. He also fosters strong working relationships between the hospital and local physicians.
Heath is married to Jacki Mansell Daily, a second-grade teacher at West Elementary. They have two children: Keyli, a 10th-grade varsity cheerleader, and Kiptyn, an 8th grader who plays in the RHS Marching Hundred Front Ensemble. The family attends Divine Baptist Church, where Heath leads the adult Bible study on Wednesday nights, and Jacki teaches the primary school class.
In his spare time, Heath enjoys golfing, swimming, reading, and watching football.
Caitlin Wallace
Caitlin Wallace is a proud wife and mother of two. She and her husband, Alejandro, are raising their children, Aurora and Asher, with a strong emphasis on family, personal growth, and building a meaningful life together. A graduate of Tharptown High School, Caitlin brings a thoughtful blend of organization, creativity, and genuine care to her work. After noticing the Downtown Fifth Friday event, she decided to get involved, motivated by her appreciation for community connection and her desire to contribute to its continued success.
Belinda Miller -Ex officio
Belinda Miller has been an employee with the City of Russellville since December 2008. She began acting as City Clerk/Treasurer in October of 2014 before being appointed full time in July 2015. Her role on the board offers city resources.
Belinda has been married to her husband, Jason, since May 2012. They have 4 children- Hunter, Jaxon, Eliza and Gracie. Belinda loves basketball, attending Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and going to her kids many extracurricular activities

Mitch McKinney - Immediate Past President 2024-2025
With an experienced background in law which spans 20+ years, a commitment to family, and active involvement in various community organizations-Mitch brings solid leadership to Russellville Main Street as Board President. Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, Mitch pursued his education at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, earning a B.B.A. in Economics. He continued his education at the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 1998.
Mitch's extensive legal background includes prosecutorial experience as an Assistant District Attorney and Assistant Solicitor General. He has served as the prosecutor of the Magistrate Court of Forsyth County, Georgia along with being Assistant County Attorney.
After years in public service, Mitch opened his own private practice, focusing on family law and criminal defense. Since moving to Russellville, he has maintained a solo practice on Jackson Avenue S and has dedicated a significant portion of his time as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem for children in the Juvenile/District Court of Franklin County. His current practice includes real estate closings and title examinations, criminal defense, family law, personal injury cases, and other civil litigation. Complementing his Russellville practice, Mitch remains of-counsel of a well-established law firm in Cumming, Georgia.
In addition to an active role in Russellville Main Street, he serves on the Russellville Hospital Foundation Board and the Russellville Hospital Ethics Committee. His favorite hobby is fly-fishing.
Julie McKinney- Inaugural President 2023
Julie has invested her time and talents in various forms throughout her career. A Russellville High School alumna, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama.
Her 13-year corporate career began as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers, followed by roles at several recognizable companies, culminating in her final corporate position with SAIA. Taking a leap of faith, she transitioned to North Point Ministries, where she spent seven years in project management and event planning, focusing on women’s ministry.
Complementing her professional career, Julie taught graduate-level online accounting classes with Keller Graduate School of Management. On the volunteer side, she has been a member of the Junior League of Atlanta for 20 years and is currently a Sustainer. Memorable placements include the Chastain Therapeutic Riding Program, Grady Health System Crisis Center and Handmade by JLA. At her church, she vounteered as a small group leader and Leadership Development Group mentor & also went on mission trips to Estonia, El Salvador, and 30A in the U.S.
As the 2023 Inaugural President of the Downtown Russellville Collective, Julie continues to champion a vision for her hometown. Locally, she remains engaged as a member of the Cultura Garden Club and Book Lover’s Study Club.
Julie and her husband, Mitch, have a sixth grader at Russellville Middle School.
Jonathan M. (Matt) Cooper
Matt is currently Senior Executive Vice President / Chief Community Banking Officer at CB&S Bank. Cooper began working at CB&S Bank part-time at the age of 16 and has held various positions with the bank to his current position on the Executive Team. He is an active member of his community-serving in various roles including currently the Vice-Chairman of the Franklin County Economic Development Authority. He has been working toward growth in Downtown Russellville and has been a part of Main Street Russellville since its inception. He was included as a Business Alabama, Franklin County “Mover and Shaper.” Cooper obtained a Double Major in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Alabama and is a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
He and his wife Greta have 3 children Madeline who attends UNA, Bryson who is a Junior at Russellville High School and Jack who is a 5th grader at Russellville Elementary.
