A community, minded leader serves as an Executive Director. This role is vital to the success of downtown revitalization, helping to guide economic vitality, design projects, community engagement, and events.
What does the Executive Director do? Here's a glimpse
• Lead and support downtown businesses and community partners
• Plan and oversee Main Street events and initiatives
• Coordinate volunteers, committees, and the board of directors
• Manage grants, sponsorships, and fundraising efforts
• Serve as the face of Russellville Main Street
