Rush Soccer provides great resources for its clubs. Through our coaching development website, we present a broad variety of top level online learning programs, as well as in person coaching education events for all of our coaches’ community. The Rush Way is also presented in several, different friendly approaches. This portfolio of programs includes Rush generated podcasts, webinars, and blogs, among others, and also provides access to top quality external information for coaches, parents and players.
Rush Soccer maintains a google for work platform that gives access to dozens of applications that are essential to running a successful soccer club. Enjoy creating an unlimited amount of users to access our extensive electronic library of technical and administrative manuals. These manuals give best practices to running a youth club, existing marketing templates, coaching education tools, and much more. You will also be able to set up professional emails as well for coaches and staff members.
Rush Soccer’s uniform policies are strongly tied to our contractual obligations to Capelli Sport, and all clubs are asked to adhere to these policies as closely as possible. Through Capelli Sport, Rush Soccer establishes official uniform kits and negotiates discounted pricing for all of our partner clubs. Rush Soccer’s goal is to promote consistency of brand and promote players playing with teams from across the world by establishing standardized nationwide uniform kits.
Being a part of the Rush family, your players and staff get access to all of our programing such as Rush Select, Rush Fest, REACH, Rush Travel, and many more. Having access to all of these extra programs differentiates your club from the neighboring club competing for players and coaches. We believe in giving unique and special opportunities to staff and players through our large network.
The Rush website and registration platform is one of a kind. Rush partners can now enjoy state of the art, informative, interactive websites bringing our membership, coaches and staff closer. Each club within the Rush will have their own dedicated website. The cost of the website as well as the domain registration is paid for by Rush Soccer. Each club is expected to contribute in content, articles, pictures or links with the intent to create and maintain the most informative youth soccer site in the world. www.rushsoccer.com
Rush Soccer has a full-time dedicated team of marketing experts to help your club gain increased awareness and visibility to reach new members. We can assist you plan dedicated events, providing support (event planning and organization, marketing collateral, social media guidelines, etc.) to ensure their success. Additionally, your club will have access to professional marketing materials customized to your specific needs for all programs and events.
Rush Soccer members can utilize our one of a kind travel program (Rush Travel) to coordinate travel for teams, parents, coaches and administrators. Because of our membership volume, Rush Travel has the ability to negotiate low prices on travel expenses and pass along the savings to Rush members.
Rush Trophies & Awards was established to save our members money on trophies, cups, medals and awards. Currently we partner with Wilson Trophy Company who offers significant discounts on all purchases.
The incentive program is $1 per player back to each Rush Club based off of membership numbers reported to SPI. This money is earmarked as an incentive for the Technical Director. The incentives will be totaled at the end of each calendar year, in line with the Accountability Chart timeline. The incentives will be paid out as follows: 50 cents per developmental & competitive under high school player per season reported, and $1 per competitive high school player per year reported.
