For HR assistance:
Human Resources | hr@rushsoccer.com
Typically most of our Rush Soccer organizations have 0-5 employees and are considered a small business. Therefore a Human Resources department or even a HR Director is not feasible. The HR operations are most often conducted by the Treasure on the BOD or the Office Manager. Because of the sensitivity of some of the data collected, ie, payroll, background checks, etc., this department needs some secure privacy.
Does Rush offer health insurance to partner clubs?
Yes, Rush has a Benefit Program for clubs to offer their staff. New clubs joining the Rush will be contacted about the program during their on-boarding process.
