Pre-Season Training Schedule: January 5th-March 6th
Come wearing workout clothing(T-shirt, shorts, etc.) and bring a water bottle.
Speed and Conditioning(Open to all)-M-T-Th-F, Room 221 from 3:00-4:30
Gym Girls-M-F, Weight room from 3:00-4:30
Boys Weight Training-Weight room M-Th-3:15-5:00
Ven con ropa deportiva (camiseta, pantalones cortos, etc.) y trae una botella de agua.
Velocidad y acondicionamiento físico (abierto a todos): lunes, martes, jueves y viernes, sala 221, de 3:00 a 4:30.
Gimnasia para chicas: de lunes a viernes, sala de pesas, de 3:00 a 4:30.
Entrenamiento con pesas para chicos: sala de pesas, lunes y jueves, de 3:15 a 5:00.
