Join our academic interventionists, Nicole Wolf and Ashley Anderson, as they explore reading tips and tricks to support home mentors with literacy instruction and enrichment in the home. These strategies are research based and cost free. In addition, they are easy to implement and of high interest for learners! The presentation will target key foundational and developmental literacy skills that are milestones in a learner’s literacy journey. The topics include early literacy skills, high frequency words, reading fluency, and reading comprehension.
