Running Start provides curriculum & materials, an expert facilitator, ongoing support, monitoring & evaluation, and follow-on mentoring for each participant.
A partner handles event logistics, including promotion, securing a virtual platform and / or physical venue, and inviting local speakers.

Alums of each workshop are invited to Running Start's events and to apply to our other programs.
We provide alums with ongoing advice & mentorship and facilitate continued peer-to-peer support.
Women in politics often struggle to access the powerful contacts and encouragement they need to succeed. So, we established our own hub to fill that gap.
