My name is Alysha and I am part of the Experiment Philosophy Lab Group Groningen. As part of my minor, I am conducting research on the topic of meaning in life and fulfillment together with Kerstin Baureis under the supervision of Lieuwe Zijlstra and with Michael Prinzing (Yale) as our co-advisor.

My name is Job Doornhof, and I am the current manager of the X-Phi lab group. My responsibilities include the organisation of lab group meetings, and the  communication and administration of the lab group. I am majoring in the Social Sciences. In addition, I work for Dr. Lieuwe Zijlstra as a research assistant, and I am currently working on a research project within the Experimental Philosophy project!

My name is Twan Tromp. I am a student at UCG. I am majoring in the Humanities with a specialisation in Truth, Meaning, and Rationality. I worked as a research assistant for Dr. L. Zijlstra and quickly got involved with the X-Phi Lab Group. I helped with a variety of small tasks  for the group and am now doing a second year project on Experimental Philosophy.

Hey, I am Julius. I study Philosophy and Literary Studies in Amsterdam and have been connected to the Experimental Philosophy Lab Group since my bachelor's in Groningen. Since then, I've been working with Lieuwe Zijlstra and Sanne van Emmerik on research into personal identity. I am also working on an empirical study of political futures and everyday life.

Hi, I am Sanne. During my time at UCG, I started working together with Julius Westerhoff and Lieuwe Zijlstra on the topic of Morality and Identity, conducting research on laypeoples intuitions about personal identity after mental changes! Recently, I finished my Developmental Psychology research master during which I investigated linkages between identity and depressive symptoms before compared to during the COVID-19 pandemic.
