Types of Membership
Institutional Members - Any public or private institution engaged in Education, Research, Training, Consultancies, and other related areas/fields, and will be represented by any person designated by the institution.
Individual Members - Any individual of good moral standing, holder of an academic degree from a reputable University/College, of legal age. Preferably, he/she is engaged in the areas of education, research, training, consultancies, and other related areas/ fields.
Regular Member - Any individual who holds a doctorate and a master’s degree or its equivalent and who has published at least one paper in a refereed journal. The applicant will be accepted as a regular member and be so notified.
Associate Member - Any individual with a scientific interest in the fields of research and education. Associate members do not have voting rights, but enjoy the same benefits as regular members. The applicant will be accepted as an associate member and be so notified.
Perpetual Institutional Members - refer to the seven (7) founding institutional members that shall enjoy Perpetual Institutional Membership.
Rights of the Members
Active individual members with good standing in the Consortium can:
participate in all academic, research, and scientific activities of the Consortium, including conventions and general assembly;
propose amendments and resolutions for possible adoption by the Consortium;
vote and be elected to the Board;
be appointed as officer or member of standing and Ad Hoc Committees;
receive assistance and grants that may not be limited to monetary form, from the Consortium;
have access to all records of the Consortium upon written request addressed to the President; and
recommend for recognition of the PHERC Awards
