The Philippine Higher Education Research Consortium-Manila Inc. (PHERC) is a non-stock, non-profit, university-based organization dedicated to fostering academic and research excellence in the country. It serves as a collaborative hub for higher education institutions, scholars, and researchers.
Guided by its mission, PHERC strives to embody the best interests of its member institutions, advance academic and research excellence, and support the shared goals of the academic and scientific community. Through its initiatives, the consortium promotes collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovative research that contribute to national development and global competitiveness.
