After a successful cycle of hosting by its seven founding member institutions, the International Higher Education Research Forum (IHERF) returns stronger than ever for its 8th edition! This grand gathering brings together scholars, educators, and researchers from local, state, and international universities and colleges, serving as a premier platform for academic collaboration, knowledge exchange, and research-driven innovation.

Set against the scenic backdrop of Summit Ridge Tagaytay, Tagaytay City, Philippines, on November 26–28, 2025, IHERF 2025 is co-hosted by Rizal Technological University and the Technological University of the Philippines, under the leadership of the Philippine Higher Education Research Consortium (PHERC). With the theme “Innovative Research and Digital Transformation: Advancing Global Higher Education for Sustainable Development,” the forum will spotlight groundbreaking studies across diverse disciplines, foster meaningful partnerships, and celebrate outstanding research contributions.
