Organic Forms and Textures

For this project I used my Iphone 6s Plus camera to take this picture and in the beginning I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I thought of the outside but it was all white and snowy and that wasn't going to be any good for my color selection theme. I knew I wanted to take pictures of nature and flowers specifically. But there was no flowers outside so I thought oh Shaw's should have flowers on display, so I went to Shaw's and took a couple pictures of the flowers that they had and then I came home from Shaw's and chose which one I wanted to put into photoshop and then I made everything black and white and I decided to only select one flower to pop out and I decided to do the orange one in the middle. I am really happy with the results of the picture.
