Prospective Student-Athlete Fact Sheet

Athletes considering participating in intercollegiate athletics at any Division I or Division II College program must register with the NCAA and meet certain requirements regarding the scope of their academic program (among other requirements).

We encourage students and families to download the NCAA Guide for the College Athlete and visit the clearinghouse website for more information.

It is the responsibility of the high school student to know which high school courses have been approved by the NCAA Eligibility Center. Approved Marshwood courses are listed at the NCAA Eligibility Center website. Use school code 200350 and review all courses that have been accepted and/or denied.

If a student does not enroll in the appropriate core courses, he may become ineligible to participate in athletics at the college/university level.

The Marshwood High School Code is 200350

You must request that an official transcript be sent from the Counseling Office.

You must have your official SAT scores sent to the NCAA using the code 9999

Students are responsible for the required fee.
