Take a few minutes at the beginning or end of your video call to regulate/relate with your students and spend some time simply connecting :)

Guess the Deck

Have a deck of cards for the call: On the call plan to show them the top card. Have the group decide if the next card will be higher or lower than the current shown card. (Ace-1, J-10, Q-11, K-12). Show them the next card and if it's correct to their answer have them guess the next card. If the next card is opposite than their answer (higher/lower) then shuffle and start over. Go a few rounds and see how many cards they can guess correctly! (if they get 4 one round can they get 6 the next?!)
