ExcEL Leadership Academy is a collaborative professional development opportunity to grow your knowledge and strategies for teaching Multilingual Learners. ExcEL Leadership Academy is completed online, however we will have monthly cohort meetings to support each other in the completion of courses. For each micro-credential you will create an online portfolio documenting your understanding and implementation of strategies to support multilingual learners.
ExcEL is classroom based action research. You will analyze research, develop a plan, implement your plan, and evaluate your impact on learning. Each component asks for a written reflection of 300-500 words and the implementation asks for evidence of your lesson and learning.
Space in our cohort is limited. Please email Jessica Rosado for more information
