A Capstone Project can be a topic of any interest, hobby, career, etc.
It is an independent study that helps you transition from high school to the workforce or college by showcasing your ability to apply all of your years of education in a meaningful and practical way.
You get to BE COMPLETELY IN CHARGE of your learning!
Why is this important? Because, NO MATTER if you choose college or a job after high school, learning does not stop once you graduate!
This experience will help guide you on how to do that when you jump into real world adventures!
It can also connect you to potential job opportunities after graduation!
To get started, see the tabs below.
CAPSTONE PROJECTS ARE A REQUIREMENT TO GRADUATE.

The recommended and most CONVENIENT WAY to present your Capstone Project is at the Capstone Fair.
This year, the Capstone Fair is on Friday, April 11, 2025 in the Windham High School gym.
Ms. Glowczak will send out a survey to all seniors mid to late-March to see who wants to participate in the Capstone Fair. It is important to respond to this google survey so we can accommodate everyone with tables, electrical outlets for special projects, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU USE YOUR COMPUTER FOR YOUR PRESENTATION, MAKE SURE YOUR COMPUTER IS CHARGED TO LAST 1 1/2 HOURS. ELECTRICAL OUTLETS FOR PRESENTATIONS USING GOOGLE SLIDES, POWERPOINT, CANVA, ETC. WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED.
