Hello! My name is Lorraine Glowczak. I am the Director of Community Connections for RSU14 as well as the ELO and Senior Capstone Project Coordinator at Windham High School. 

I am here to help you create personalized learning plans that cater to your unique interests and/or career explorations. 

With ELOs and Capstone Projects, I can help connect you to resources, local businesses, organizations, and community members as it relates to your goals, projects, career discoveries, etc. 

Both ELOs (an individualized, elective, and credit-based curriculum) and Senior Capstone Projects (a requirement to graduate) help you explore interests, develop new skills, and gain practical experience while making your education more engaging and relevant to your future goals.
