The Constitution of the National Honor Society states:

The purpose of this organization shall be to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students of secondary schools.

Junior and senior students, who meet the initial prerequisite of a 3.5 or higher GPA, are invited to join National Honor Society each August. Society members are students who have distinguished themselves in the areas of Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character. The Society participates in numerous service activities.​

The NHS is under the sponsorship and supervision of the National Association of Secondary Principals (NASSP), 1904 Association Drive, Reston, VA 20191-1537.

09/13 - Induction is on Tuesday, September 19th at 7:00 pm in the theater. Light refreshments will follow.

07/31 - NHS is looking for members or interested senior applicants to come and assist with the Freshman Transition Day. Please use the following link to sign up.

07/28 - Interested applicants can pick up an application on Monday August 7th from 8 am to 1pm. If you have any question please contact Mrs. Bauman or Mrs. Sullenger.
